US & CANADA we endeavour to deliver within 7 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD we endeavour to deliver within 7- 12 working days. We aim to deliver from stock. If there is likely to be a delay we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date for your order.

We are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.

How to Return or Exchange
Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us, with all the tags intact.

Please enclose our standard returns form listing the items you are returning, the reason you are returning it, and what you would like in exchange or refund. Please include a copy of your receipt.

We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Please return goods to Juzi, Millington House Ltd, 79 Main Road, Danbury, Essex, CM3 4DJ at your own expense however we will send your exchange back out to you by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge.

You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.

Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.
