Adhering to ethical employment practices; we visit the Kenyan community on a regular basis where our products are made, in order to check that working conditions meet the highest standards and the employees of Juzi are being treated fairly and with respect.
Managing the community so that they conduct themselves in an environmentally responsible manner, and share our values on important issues like child labour, discrimination, working hours, freedom of association and health and safety.
Undertaking regular reviews of our business practices to ensure compliance with our ethical business policy.
